Magic Number 01:42
Three is a magic number Yes it is, it's a magic number Somewhere in that ancient mystic trinity You get three as a magic number The past and the present and the future Faith and hope and charity The heart and the brain and the body Give you three as a magic number It takes three legs to make a tripod or to make a table stand It takes three wheels to make a vehicle called a tricycle And every triangle has three corners Every triangle has three sides No more, no less, you don't have to guess When it's three, you can see Its a magic number A man and a woman had a little baby Yes, they did They had three in the family And that's a magic number

Let’s go out and look around Be amazed what can be found But hold hands and beware It’s a great big world out there To the left and to the right In light of day and dark of night On the land the sea or air It’s a great big world out there Jungle floor or desert plain Riverbed or mountain range Let’s see it all, we’ve time to spare It’s a great big world out there

What is this that I see? Why it’s an animal as tall as a tree It’s head sits atop a neck like a staff I must be looking at a giraffe What is this that i feel? Is it a nightmare or is it for real? Could this just be a ball of razor sharp spines? Or am I feeling a porcupine? So many creatures great and small And I would like to meet them all What is this that I hear? A fearsome sound is assaulting my ears This one has got such a prehistoric roar I bet I’m hearing a dinosaur What is this that I smell? Has someone opened a portal to hell? It smells like a music fest for funk I think i’m smelling a skunk What is this that I taste? We should save that discussion for another day But one piece of advice I could give you real quick; Don’t get too attached to a pig

Bicycles, cars and roller-skates Wheelbarrows tractors trucks and trains Skateboards and shopping carts Mopeds and vans and aeroplanes Wheels go rolling round and round Wheels go rolling up and down Wheels rolling back and forth To the south and to the north, all over town Wheels: They Get Us Where We're Going Now a car uses wheels to get down the road And you’ll find that the trunk can take quite a load You can turn on the heat when the weather is cold And put chains on the wheels when you see that it’s snowed A bus travels down the same old route And when two pass each other they give a little toot To see where you are, there’s a sign above that’s showing And wheels down below to get you where you’re going Wheels: They Get Us Where We're Going

If you’ve been blessed with more than you need If you could help someone else succeed If you see hardship and can intercede Then you know what you must do And here’s the thing, when it comes to toys There’s enough for all the little girls and little boys Even big kids and grownups might like to join So if you want people to want to play with you Do what’s right Do what’s fair Find a friend And share share share Now sharing can be an activity (Levon: “Like playing games, or working on a project!”) And you can also share something that you have (Levon: “Like a blanket or a pizza!”) But no matter the journey, if you want to go far Then together is better than apart You get at turn and I get a turn and everybody gets a turn If you’ve got two Split the pair Some have none So share share share When you’re in need Don’t despair The ones you’ve helped Will share share share

Try new things Try new things If it’s not for you, find something else to do But try new things The world is so full of things to do of thoughts to think, and foods to chew of sights to see, and words to say of paths to walk, and games to play Some things in life require work While others come with ease But when you find something you love The juice is worth the squeeze
